I know this review is a tad late but considering that HTC Surround 7 is not yet available in the Philippines, I think it should be excused. This review will provide an overview on one of the first ten Windows Phone 7 devices released last year. Does this phone really deserve the “surround” monicker? Does a phone really even need a Dolby SRS speaker? We’ll find out on this review.

It seems that BDO Mastercard credit cards are having problems these past few weeks. Payments via connected Paypal accounts and even payments on online e-commerce sites are being blocked.
I personally had the same issue on my recent Amazon purchase. Having entered the information thrice, my payment was still rejected. However, when I used a Visa credit card from another bank, it was easily accepted.
The reason for this issue is still unclear, but a call from a BDO customer rep suggested than Mastercard may have blocked online payments due to some complaints and issues from questionable transactions. I’m not sure if other banks are also affected.
The workaround for now is BDO’s Virtual Card. That could served as your temporary proxy account number since it has a different account number.

A NAS is basically an independent hardware that, as the name suggests, connects to a network. NAS are not full-fledge computers by themselves but they do provide an option of storage bays for multiple hard drives. Some NAS hardware's allow lite Linux OS’ to run and manage the system which are controlled over a network by any browser or mobile phone. (ie: your local home wireless network)
